My story

I was born in Tokyo to a Spanish mother and Japanese father. I am currently 20 years old.
Now, let me share a little bit of my background story so you can understand why I became a Lifestyle Creator.

It began when I turned 16th and started modeling.
I started “taking care of myself,” but ended up breaking my whole body and soul as a result.

I started studying about nutrition on my own so I could have control over how thin I was, getting more muscle, and becoming a perfect human in every way. You know, like any teenager. Unfortunately, things didn’t stop there.
Long story short, I got orthorexia and severe depression.
My relationship with food was the worst and my exercise addiction made it even worse. Not only that my depression would make me feel like it was the end of the world.
Fortunately, one day something really mysterious happened. For the first time I could actually hear my soul really speaking to me. I did everything that this voice told me to do, and believe it or not, my life has taken a total 180.

I went to Spain for almost 1 year and educated myself in as many subjects as possible. I let the professionals help me, which is easier said than done.
I challenged myself to do everything I was scared of before. I opened my heart and let people tell me stories. I read uncountable books to remind myself of those nature facts I left forgotten in a materialistic world. I just let myself live the ‘’real me’’.

There are so many stories and facts about how I overcame all my obstacles I could write a book, so I’ll finish with this. I’ve turned to a vegan lifestyle and I became the most positive and happiest version of myself ever. I found the purpose and mission to strive to achieve in this beautiful planet called earth. For me, there’s nothing more important than LOVE. I truly believe, from the bottom of my soul, that learning about LOVE and taking action according to it is how we can help people, save animals, respect nature, and finally, heal the world.
This is the one and only reason why I do what I do and will keep doing as long as this life allows me to.
